Check in open between 4 pm and 6 pm (if you expect to arrive outside this time please get in touch).

Checkout by 10am.

Bedlinen will be provided on arrival. To help keep prices low, we ask that you make  your bed(s). Please place used linen in baskets provided.

The laundry facilities are available for a small charge and we ask that you use an Eco-Egg TM (provided).

The Highland Haven is a place to switch off and as such we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave.

We ask that our guests keep the premises clean and tidy, any damages must be paid for.

Children must be accompanied in bunkrooms by an adult and we ask parents/carers to take extra care around the wood burner and our outside area.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% should be paid at booking with the balance paid 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance may result in your booking, being cancelled.

We do not take single or double bookings, but if you are passing through we may be able to accommodate you, so do get in touch.

For those wishing to have exclusive use of the Bunkhouse out of season (October – April), for stays of three days or more, please contact us about discounts.

If you wish to have sole use of one of the bunkrooms you must pay the full occupancy price, otherwise the extra bed(s) will be available to other travellers.
