• Check in after 4pm.
  • Checkout by 10am.
  • Bedlinen will be provided on arrival. To help keep prices low, we ask that you strip your bed(s). Please place used linen in baskets provided.
  • The laundry facilities are available for a small charge and we ask that you use an Eco-Egg TM (provided).
  • The Highland Haven is a place to switch off and as such we ask our guests to be mindful of others after 10pm.
  • We ask that our guests keep the premises clean and tidy, any damages must be paid for.
  • Children must be accompanied in bunkrooms by an adult and we ask parents/carers to take extra care around the wood burner and our outside area.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% should be paid at booking with the balance paid 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance may result in your booking, being cancelled.
  • We do not take single or double bookings, but if you are passing through we may be able to accommodate you, so do get in touch.
  • For those wishing to have exclusive use of the Bunkhouse out of season (October – April), for stays of three days or more, please contact us about discounts.
